Loyalty Program for Regular Customers

1. Issuing and receiving a customer card for physical stores

A customer card for Nechovekshki stores "Dr. Stefanov" can be issued on site, during a purchase in any of our stores.

The card can be virtual through the Cardbox application or a physical card. The card is issued and received immediately and can be used right away.

Up to 2 cards can be issued for one customer account. The issuance cost is €0.51 for a physical card and free if generated in the Cardbox application.

Cardholder rights

• Use of trade discount when shopping in any store of the "Dr. Stefanov" Pet Store Chain.
• Use of a set of services at "Blue Cross" Veterinary Clinics.
• Accumulation of 3% of the purchase amount in the Nechovekshka Health Fund.

Trade discounts in "Dr. Stefanov" Pet Stores

Nechovekshka Health Fund: 3% of your turnover is accumulated in a special account, which you can use at "Blue Cross" Veterinary Clinics.

2. Bonus program with a customer card for online shopping

We highly value our customers and in this regard, we have developed a special bonus program that any registered and logged-in user can take advantage of. (The loyal program discount CANNOT be combined with other discounts, except for the store pickup discount) 

How does it work?

• After registering on the website, for each order in your profile, you have an initial discount of 5%.
• The discount starts at 5% and increases by 1% for every € 511.29 turnover up to a maximum of 10%.
• Additional 3% discount when choosing "store pickup".
• If you have a customer card for physical stores, please send its number to email: order@zoomagazin.eu to combine the turnovers. Discounts are calculated based on accumulated total turnover. 

The accumulated amount is updated once a day.
