Return Form
You may cancel the purchase of an item within fourteen working days, starting from the date of its receipt. In case of cancellation, please ensure that the goods received from us are stored in a way that does not impair their quality and safety. The goods must be returned in their original condition, in the packaging in which they are normally offered for sale, and with their accompanying documentation. Otherwise, the termination of the contract will occur after negotiating compensation for the reduced consumer properties of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons related to hygiene or health protection
- goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have special storage requirements. In this regard, consumers cannot cancel and return food products
- veterinary medicinal products and supplements
- engraved medallions
Returns are made by filling out the form below!
If your order was picked up from one of our stores, it must be returned to the same store. The amount will be refunded to you on the spot.
If your order was shipped to an address, it must be returned to our central warehouse, at the customer's expense, at the address: Elin Pelin Station, 1 Stara Planina Str., Videolux Complex. The amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer within 14 days.
It is mandatory that when returning an item or order, it must be accompanied by a CASH RECEIPT.
