Delivery
Zoomagazin.eu provides a wide range of delivery options:
There are three types of deliveries:
1. Delivery to the customer's address
Deliveries to the customer's door are carried out throughout Bulgaria by Speedy courier company.
2. Delivery to Econt and Speedy office - choose the nearest suggested store from the options based on the address you provided.
3. Delivery with in-store pickup
You choose a specific store of ours that is most convenient for you and pick up your shipment from there.
To take advantage of an additional 3% discount, you must be a registered and logged-in user on the site. (The discount does not apply to promotional items.)
Delivery is carried out within 2 to 5 business days. In case of delay, the client will be notified in a timely manner via email or by phone.

*Deliveries to addresses in small settlements (villages and some towns) are in many cases delayed more than the indicated delivery time. In some of these areas, deliveries are made once a week. In these cases, we are not responsible for the delay of shipments. We advise customers who wish to order to a smaller settlement to choose delivery to an Econt office, rather than to a personal address, so that the shipment can move faster.
