Pork 36% – contains all amino acids, is rich in vitamins A, E, and D, and unsaturated fatty acids predominate in pork fat. Additionally, pork contains the most B vitamins. Pork meat and lard contain arachidonic acid, which improves cell regeneration in the body. The selenium and zinc found in pork are essential for high immunity and normal thyroid and pancreatic function.
Pork heart 20% – with high doses of vitamins C, B, A, PP, E, thiamine, riboflavin, and folic acid. A wide range of minerals – calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, selenium, zinc, copper, and iodine.
