The automatic leash warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, attested by the cash receipt. The warranty applies exclusively to the mechanism of the automatic leash.
Upon purchase and receipt of the product, you will receive a completed warranty card with a stamp and a cash receipt.
The warranty will be denied in the following cases: any damage from teeth, dropping and dragging on the body, rope, and tape; absence and failure to present a cash receipt.
