JBL AlgoPond Sorb – organic algae blocker
• Reduces growth of unwanted algae by means of a "sunglasses effect";
• Blocks sunlight crucial for algae growth;
• JBL AlgoPond Sorb gives the water a light amber turbidity;
• Does not reduce pH levels or water hardness. JBL AlgoPond Sorb: extracts with natural peat color cause an amber turbidity of the water, acting like sunglasses that stop a certain spectrum of light. This blocks light rays that are important for algae and slows down their growth. pH levels and water hardness remain unchanged.
Active iodine and other important ingredients improve fish health.
Dosage: 40ml per 700-800 L of pond water.
Instructions for use: Every 4 weeks from the beginning of spring: shake the package before use. In a container, mix the required amount with water from the pond and carefully pour into the pond. Do not filter with activated carbon.
Tip: First treat against rampant algae growth with JBL AlgoPond Forte and then prevent their re-appearance with JBL AlgoPond Sorb. JBL HumoPond active (peat granules) can be used as an alternative to JBL AlgoPond Sorb.
