Description
Antiparasitic collar for dogs.
Composition
Active substance: Deltamethrin 4% w/w
Indications
For use in dogs.
6 months protection from ticks
5 to 6 months effect against sandfly bites
5 to 6 months lethal effect on 40-70% of sandflies
4 months protection from fleas
6 months effect against adult mosquito bites
Contraindications
Do not use in dogs younger than 7 weeks of age.
Do not use in dogs with extensive skin lesions.
Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to pyrethroids.
Do not use in cats.
Side effects
No data available.
If the dog eats the collar, the following symptoms may occur: uncoordinated movement, tremors, drooling, vomiting, hind limb immobility.
These symptoms usually resolve within 48 hours.
If necessary, diazepam can be used for symptomatic treatment.
Interactions and incompatibilities
Do not apply together with other ectoparasitic preparations containing organophosphates.
Dosage and administration
One collar per dog.
The 48 cm long collar is intended for use in small and medium-sized dogs, and the 65 cm long collar is intended for use in large-sized dogs.
Attach around the neck.
Special instructions for use
Remove the collar from its sealed package. Place the collar around the animal's neck without overtightening it. There should be a two-finger width (side-by-side) gap between the collar and the dog's neck. Thread the end through the buckle and cut off any excess length beyond 5 cm.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
No clinical side effects have been observed in dogs wearing the collar throughout pregnancy and during lactation. No signs were observed in puppies from treated dogs during the period until weaning.
Withdrawal period
Not required.
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Safety precautions and special warnings
After handling the collar, wash your hands with soap and cold water.
Do not allow children, especially those under 2 years of age, to touch the collar, play with it, or put it in their mouths.

Deltamethrin is harmful to fish and other aquatic organisms and to bees.
Any unused product or waste material should be disposed of in accordance with local requirements.
