The Orbiloc Service Kit offers an affordable and effective solution for keeping your Orbiloc Safety Light in excellent condition. The kit includes a pre-packaged set with two CR2032 batteries, a lubricated O-ring, and a tool for tightening and loosening the flasher. With this kit, your Orbiloc Safety Light will shine brightly for up to 100 hours in steady mode and up to 250 hours in flashing mode.
The O-ring plays a crucial role in the light's waterproofness, protecting it down to a depth of 100 meters. It's important to replace it with each battery change to maintain the flasher's waterproof characteristics.
If you use your Orbiloc Safety Light regularly in wet environments — for example, while SUP boarding or kayaking — lubricate the O-ring regularly. When used for diving, we recommend cleaning the O-ring before and after each dive, as well as lubricating it before each dive. The sealed silicone bag from the Service Kit can be used to store silicone lubricant.
When replacing the O-ring, carefully place it in the designated groove above the lens thread to ensure a hermetic seal and maintain the flasher's waterproofness.
When replacing the batteries, ensure that the "+" symbol is facing downwards when inserting them into the base of the flasher.
