Add warm water (approx. 45°C) to the mixture in a ratio of approximately two to one by volume. Stir until a creamy food is obtained and feed directly into the beak using a suitable syringe or stick. Newborn birds need more liquid food in their early days of life, so gradually reach the given ratio over a week. Store in a cool and dry place.
