Ingredients:
- Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) – a well-researched herb with a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. Supports adaptation to stress and changes.
- Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) – known for its ability to relieve anxiety and hyperactivity without sedation.
- Hemp seed – rich in essential fatty acids and phytonutrients that support nervous and cognitive function.
- Chamomile – a classic calming agent with anti-inflammatory and digestive-balancing effects.

Daily intake and dosage:
