They also contain linseed oil, which is a natural source of Omega-3 and Omega-6, important fatty acids with anti-inflammatory effects, cardiovascular protection, and reduction of blood fats. Lecithin, contained in flaxseed and added fibers, ensures healthy digestion and regulates the intestinal tract. It does not contain wheat, corn, soy, artificial colors, preservatives, or flavorings.
