Chicken hearts contain the essential amino acids Phenylalanine and Leucine, as well as copper, iron, zinc, and unsaturated fatty acids from the omega-6 group. The total content of unsaturated fatty acids is enriched by the added flaxseed oil. Thanks to the combination of these fatty acids, proper control of inflammatory processes is ensured. Brown rice adds the necessary amount of carbohydrates needed to regulate metabolic processes in protein and fat processing. It is also rich in trace elements and B vitamins.
