Duration of feeding:
It is recommended to give DIABETIC for the cat's entire life.

Glucose modulation
The mixture of low glycemic index (oats, corn) together with the gelling action of psyllium gum reduces post-meal hyperglycemia.

Chondroprotective elements (glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate) play a role in minimizing the associated risks of joint diseases in a diabetic cat, which is often old and/or obese.

The insulinotropic activity of arginine facilitates the regenerative activity of the pancreas and reduces exogenous insulin requirements. Lutein and antioxidants contribute to increasing the cat's insulin sensitivity. (Evans et al, 2003)
