Pana Veyxal ointment
Composition:
10 g contains: 18.5 mg papain, 8.6 mg trypsin, 1.7 mg chymotrypsin, 42,500 IU retinol palmitate (vit. A), 25.0 mg α-tocopherol acetate (vit. E) in an anhydrous and washable base.
Pharmacological properties:
Pana Veyxal ointment contains a highly effective combination of proteolytic enzymes and vitamins. Especially in hard-to-reach places, the product can be applied alone or in combination with other means for treating skin wounds. Proteolytic enzymes dissolve necrotic and mitotically degenerated cells, while healthy tissue is protected from the action of enzymes by anti-enzymes and α-2-macroglobulin. In addition, they aid fibrinolysis and the formation of granulation tissue. They also support local immunity, which accelerates the healing process of wounds. Scar formation is largely prevented. In in vivo and in vitro studies, it has been shown that on the one hand the proteolytic enzymes themselves destroy microorganisms, and on the other hand they significantly inhibit their virulence factors. Therefore, the application of Pana Veyxal, possibly in combination with an antibiotic, leads to very rapid wound healing, which is also due to vitamins A and E.

Therapeutic indications:
Local treatment of panaritia, necrotizing and difficult-to-heal wounds (e.g., intertriginous eczema, pocket wounds, abscesses, fistulas), local treatment of warts, hematomas, decubitus ulcers, and bile duct inflammations.
Contraindications:
None known.
Side effects:
None. In case you observe any, inform your veterinarian or pharmacist.
Interaction with other agents:
Supports the action of antibiotics, especially in cases of infected, purulent or weeping wounds.

Horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats.
Dosage and method of administration:
The product is applied to the affected area once to several times daily until complete healing. Do not apply to freshly opened wounds.
