Biologically active filters through sera filter biostart (added directly to sera Siporax®). Contains the right microorganisms in the right combination for a perfectly balanced filter.
As soon as you add the microorganisms to the highly porous structure, they settle on a surface of 270 sq.m per 1 liter and sera Siporax® is already biologically active. Its surface area is 34 times larger than that of ordinary filter material.
Greater porosity per liter does not bring additional benefits, as this means smaller pores unsuitable for bacteria to live in! The active filter allows for quick stocking of the aquarium with fish.
