Before use: Remove excess solid waste from the soiled area. Shake well and initially test on an inconspicuous part of coloured surfaces. For wooden flooring, please follow the supplier's recommendations. Not suitable for use on leather surfaces.
Instructions for use: Apply to the soiled area. When treating carpet, apply double the amount of the product to the stain. Wait 10 or more minutes for the enzymes and probiotics to remove the stain. Blot excess moisture with a colourfast cloth. Allow the area to dry completely for 24-48 hours, then vacuum. Once dry and the stains and odours are gone, rinse with water and use a clean cloth to remove any remaining moisture.
If the area is dry but the odour is still present, the source of the odour has not been completely cleaned. Use the product again, ensuring you use a sufficient amount.
Carpet cleaning machines: Pre-treat heavily soiled areas by applying the product. Then add 120 ml for every 4 litres of shampoo/water to enhance the cleaning power of the machine.
Machine washing: Apply to the soiled area and wait 10 minutes, then wash. For stains and odours on wooden floors, tiles, bricks, use Simple Solution Hard Floor Stain and Odour Remover.
